This year’s event features HGTV’s own Monica Pederson, who will offer suggestions on how to transform your home for the holiday season. A designer and lifestyle expert, Monica grew up in the world of home repair and remodeling, absorbing her father’s handyman skills as well as her mother’s talents with a sewing machine. She developed a passion for beautiful textiles while traveling the world as a successful fashion model and incorporates what she calls her “fabric obsession” into most of her designs. Monica is a frequent guest on NBC’s Today Show, and has also been featured on Live with Regis and Kelly.
Of course our local treasure, Mary Carol Garrity, proprietor of Nell Hill’s, will be on hand as well and will once again transform the parking lot in front of her Briarcliff store into a lush winter wonderland. Mary Carol and her team will be designing and decorating each table with the upcoming holiday season in mind.
This year, we are thrilled to revive a Tablescapes tradition! Guests at the luncheon will be able to purchase items directly off all the tables at the conclusion of the event. Let the Mary Carol mayhem begin!
Don’t delay. This event is limited to a maximum of 50 tables and will sell out. Complete tables will be given preferential seating. Purchase a table for you and nine of your closest friends, or volunteer to coordinate a table of friends. After September 1st, individual ticket sales will begin.
